Composed of squared lines, an exposed wood base, and rope frame, the alluring Tropez Outdoor 90" Sofa will be an ideal addition to your outdoor living space. It measures 90" wide, 35" deep, 28.75" high, with a seat height of 18". This sofa is suitable for many designs with its coastal style and transitional design. It is upholstered with a performance ecru olefin fabric that is weather resistant. The seat and back cushions are removable for easy cleaning and storing away in heavy weather. The full sofa should be stored away in extreme conditions. This also includes two round bolster pillows that complete the look. The frame is covered with a hand-woven oat flat rope design. The wood base is constructed with beautiful washed ever teak that is resistant to changes from the elements. A wire brush is first used to distress the wood by hand before applying a polyurethane finish that is designed to resist naturally occurring wood finish changes from the outdoor elements. Washed Ever Teak finish may fade and wear over time, and as the finish deteriorates, the natural teak underneath will become visible and gradually turn grey. The rate of this weathering will vary based on factors such as climate, exposure, and maintenance levels. To protect your furniture from the elements and minimize aging, we strongly recommend using outdoor covers. Outdoor Furniture located near bodies of water, such as pools and spas, should be rinsed frequently to remove chlorine and chemical buildup. Prolonged exposure to these substances can dry out finishes and accelerate fabric deterioration and voids any warranty.
