District Collection's Concrete is a fiber-reinforced material comprised of granite stone powder, cement, natural jute fibers, and water. Although not considered a defect, non-structural hairline cracks may occur as a result of shrinkage and the natural curing process. The concrete tables are designed for both indoor and outdoor use but should be positioned away from pools, spas, and other bodies of water, including coastal environments. Prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, salt, and other chemicals may affect the finish and color and accelerate natural wear. To preserve the beauty and integrity of the finish, tables should be covered or stored when not in use and protected from prolonged exposure to moisture and harsh environmental conditions. Failure to follow these care recommendations may affect warranty coverage.
